A 1988 graduate of Creative Communications from Red River Community College, Winnipeg, Katherine Worsworthy has a solid background in public relations, event management, project administration and communications for not-for-profit organizations.

She began her career in promotions and production at Winnipeg Videon, later moving to Wordsnorth Communications where she was Public Relations Coordinator and Account Executive.

In 1992, she joined the Health Sciences Centre Foundation as Public Relations Officer and moved to Smith Robinson in 1994.
